The opportunity
Dynasty Gaming & Media is looking for a Technical Project Manager to be responsible for managing platform related programs and activities for our organization. You will be tasked with coordinating and overseeing the development and implementation of platforms hand in hand with the platform stakeholders and the development team while ensuring the release roadmap.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both hands on project management and people management. You must be highly organized and able to multitask successfully under pressure.
Role & responsibilities
- Project manage Development and UXUI Team project plan at an individual client level
- Coordinate activity across internal and external teams to deliver projects, weekly meetings, projects delivery planning, etc
- Plans, organises, monitors and controls all aspects of project to achieve project objectives
- Be hands on in the project and work closely with design, development, QA, ops and other stakeholders in order to deliver efficiently
- Understand technology framework and explain issues clearly to stakeholders in order to deliver efficiently
- Multi-task across more than one project simultaneously
- Developing and maintaining platform launch roadmap
- Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure roadmap timeline is achieved
- Meeting with core team and clients to make communication easy and transparent regarding any roadmap issues and decisions on platforms/services
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of roadmap status
- Gather the required technical information from the client which are necessary for the launch of a platform and ensure their implementation
- Analyzing platform delivery risks
- Working with client stakeholders, business teams, development team and other relevant teams to ensure that committed projects are correctly scoped, business requirements are well-prepared, and that functional specifications are broadly consistent with client needs and objectives from the project.
- Planing, organising, monitoring and controling all aspects project to achieve project objectives.

The ideal candidate
- Degree in Project Management or related technical field
- Demonstrated understanding of Project Management processes, strategies and methods
- Competent in Jira project management tools
- Professional Project Management Certification from accredited institution preferred
- Trained in Agile Project Delivery
- Certified Scrum Master (Bonus)
- Proven experience having delivered software projects
- Excellent time management and organizational skills and experience establishing guidelines in these areas for others
- Excellent English written and verbal communication with strong technical writing skills
- Strong sense of personal accountability regarding decision-making and supervising department teams. Focused, hands on and driven. Willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done
- Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
- Proven track record of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Managerial experience applying analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to predict challenges and seek to proactively head-off obstacles
